The locals call this Hua-Yuan Yeshi (花園夜市). Taiwan is all about food and night markets are the place where locals eat and is definitely a go-to place after sunset. Night markets can be super crowded on any given day and Flower Garden night market is no exception.
Hu-tou Pei is located 15km from Tainan City. It’s a place where you can relax and unwind. Although it’s not popular among foreign tourists, doesn’t mean that it’s not worth a visit. If you happen to be in Tainan, might as well check it out.
For many who don’t know, Tainan is the oldest city in Taiwan and houses many cultural relics. Tainan Confucius Temple is the first Confucius Temple in Taiwan and was erected in 1665. That’s more than 300 years of history.
NCKU is located in the middle of Tainan City. If you arrive here by bus or train from Taipei, chances are you will arrive in the main train station. The campus is located on the rear side of the station and you should follow signs leading to the back side.
